Putin, Lukashenko confirm their readiness to cooperate in the fight against terrorism after the massacre in Moscow

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko confirmed in a telephone conversation they had today, Saturday 3/23 a few hours after the massacre in Moscow, their readiness to cooperate in the fight against terrorism, The relevant communication between the two men was announced as the Athens News Agency reports the Russian news agency TASS, citing the Kremlin. Russia has arrested 11 people including 4 suspects believed to be directly involved in yesterday's terror attack at a concert hall near Moscow that killed 93 people, the Kremlin said today, while Russia's FSB security service said the suspects had “contacts” in Ukraine. The jihadist organization Islamic State (IS) has taken responsibility for this attack, while Ukraine has already denied any involvement since yesterday.
