According to a Kremlin statement issued at Erdogan’s request, the Russian president “outlined Russia’s approaches to resolving the intra-Ukrainian crisis” and “stressed that the only basis for a settlement is all the measures provided for in the 2015 Minsk agreements.”

The Kremlin statement said the two leaders also discussed the sale and co-production of the Russian Sputnik-V vaccine in Turkey.
