Russian President Vladimir Putin said today that Russia will find out who was behind last month's attack on a Moscow concert hall that killed at least 144 people. “We will definitely get to those who finally gave the order to do it,” Putin said during a meeting with Interior Ministry officials. “We paid a very high price and the whole analysis of the situation must be extremely objective and professional,” he said. The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack and US officials have said that their intelligence services have information that it was carried out by its Afghanistan branch, the Islamic State-Khorasan (ISIS-K). Russia has said it has evidence showing the terrorists had links to Ukraine, a claim Kiev has denied while the United States has dismissed as nonsense.
