Speaking to the Russian Security Council, Putin emphasized that Ukrainian authorities need to instruct their troops to lower their weapons.
Earlier on Friday (14), US President Donald Trump asked Putin to spare Ukrainian troops to be pushed out of the Russian Kursk region and said there was a “very good chance” that war is over.
