Russian President Vladimir Putin today accused Ukrainian forces of “blatant violations” of humanitarian law, responding to French counterpart Emanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Soltz, who called him a humanitarian special military operation in Ukraine, according to the Kremlin.
