About 57 million flexible OLED panels will ship in the second quarter of this year, down 35% from the previous quarter, according to research firm Omdia. The fall is due to the seasonal factor and a reduction in the supply of Apple iPhone smartphones. Rigid OLED panels in the second quarter will ship about 53 million units. In other words, flexible panels are in high demand. BOE will ship 7.9 million panels, while CSOT, Visionox and Tianma will ship 3.1 million, 2.1 million and 1.4 million, respectively.
