The capital of Emilia triumphs for the fifth time in 22 years. Last in the standings is Crotone. This report, which photographs the level of well-being in the territories based on 90 indicators, 40 of which updated to 2022, shows for all the provinces the signs of the economic recession, the consequences of the pandemic and the war in Ukraine, the weight of inflation and expensive energy.
