QuantumScape Opens Solid State Battery R&D Center in Japan

QuantumScape, a solid-state battery company, has shared plans for a new office in the Japanese city of Kyoto. It is planned to create a modern laboratory for research in the field of solid-state batteries for electric vehicles with the involvement of local specialists.

The American company QuantumScape works with the financial support of large OEMs such as the Volkswagen Group.
