The wife of the North Korean leader made a rare public appearance on Thursday, Kim Jong Un which accompanied him to a theatrical performance in Pyongyang.
According to nknews.org, Ri Sol Yu appeared for the third time in the year, in the show which urged women to be faithful husbands and daughters in the Workers’ Party and in the country’s Armed Forces.
Ri Sol Yu, who married Kim in 2009 and has three children with him, appeared at his side at the packed Mansudae Art Theater, among top regime officials and several soldiers.

The wife of Kim Jong Un had mysteriously disappeared for more than a year, from January 2020 to February 2021, when he appeared at a public event for Kim Jong Il, the father of the current leader.
He then made another public appearance last April at an event dedicated to the regime’s founder, Kim Il Sung.
