As mentioned in the relevant announcement: The merger by absorption was completed based on the provisions of L.4601 / 2019, L.4548 / 2018 and article 54 of L.4172 / 2013 and according to the from 12.11.2021 Draft Merger Agreement of the mergers companies and the decisions of the Boards of Directors of REAL CONSULTING and REAL COMPETENCE CENTER LEROS dated 15.12.2021. No new shares of the Company will be issued from this merger, as REAL CONSULTING owned all the shares of REAL COMPETENCE CENTER LEROS with an acquisition value equal to the share capital of REAL COMPETENCE CENTER LEROS.
