“Really hurts your eyes?” YouTube removed all videos featuring Dmitry Rogozin from the Roscosmos Media channel

The head of the press service of the state corporation Roscosmos, Dmitry Strugovets, announced that YouTube had removed all videos with the participation of Roscosmos CEO Dmitry Rogozin from the Roscosmos Media channel.

“YouTube removed from the Roscosmos media channel all videos with the participation of Dmitry Rogozin, Director General of the State Corporation Roscosmos: his interviews, recordings of participation in sending humanitarian aid to the residents of Donbass, visits to the Vostochny Cosmodrome”– Strugovets wrote in his Telegram channel.

According to the head of the press service, about 20 videos have been removed from the channel with a total number of views of about 5 million. “That’s All You Need to Know About American Free Speech”he added.

Later, Strugovets added that some of the videos with Rogozin are still available, while YouTube began to block videos without the participation of the head of Roscosmos. “For example, the recording of the air “Russia-1” about the American textbook on space, which completely ignores the achievements of the USSR in the development of near-Earth space”– said the head of the press service.

Meanwhile, Dmitry Rogozin himself has already reacted to this. In his Telegram channel, he wrote: “American censorship only wants to watch what fits their vision of the world. Well, we do have our own understanding of history. It consists in the fact that it was Russia that defeated Napoleon’s army, in which all the armies of the current European Union fought against us. It was Russia that built the greatest superpower, the Soviet Union. It was the Red Army that took Berlin, defeating, as part of the Wehrmacht, all the armies and military factories of the countries of the current European Union, again assembled by the Third Reich. It was the Russian guy Yuri Gagarin who was the first in the world to conquer space. Does it hurt your eyes?”.

And then Dmitry Rogozin published a video clip for the song “Russians” of his own composition. “The author of the music is my friend, a Kazakh talented musician with a Russian heart, Ilyas Autov, the words are mine, and the choir that sounds in the song, these are guys from Baikonur”, — wrote Dmitry Rogozin.
