Two lawyers who had to work with their children received different treatment in recent days. In a session of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), in Brasília, the father of a one-year-old and ten-month-old boy was praised for his and his son’s behavior. Already in an online session of the Court of Justice of Amazonas (TJ-AM), the mother of a six-month-old baby was reprimanded for the noise of the child during the hearing.
A survey released by CNN on the 15th, pointed out that mothers in Brazil feel more overloaded, face greater professional insecurity and have less time dedicated to leisure and physical activities.
In this episode of E Tem Mais, Carol Nogueira presents an overview of the difficulties of reconciling professional activities with the role of father or mother. To describe how changes in work relationships affect the lives of those who seek to make their careers and raising their children go hand in hand, lawyer Ana Brocanelo and psychologist Mariana Garbim, specialists in assisting families, participate in this episode.
