Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist posts photo and mourns death of Brazilian fan

In the early hours of this Sunday (07), Flea O bassist for Red Hot Chili Peppers used his social networks to pay tribute to a Brazilian fan, who passed away last Friday (05) .

“Letícia Sales, thank you for all the affection, for everything you represent to your community, all the connection, rest in peace, move on”, wrote the musician when sharing a photo of the young girl (look above).

The band, in turn, shared Flea's post in their stories.

O Red Hot Chili Peppers Brazil one Brazilian fan club of the band , also lamented the loss of Letícia on X, the old Twitter. They also created a chain, with a post in English, so that the information could reach the musicians.

“Yesterday we lost a dear friend and dedicated RHCP fan. She loved the band and especially John Frusciante. We are reaching out to Red Hot Chili Peppers, Flea and Chad in hopes they can honor his memory. Rest in peace, Leticia. Your spirit lives on through the music you loved,” they wrote.

Letícia Sales even celebrated her last birthday at a band show, in November 2023. On X, she shared a photo, in which she said that it had been “the best day of my life”.
