Relative air humidity could reach critical levels in the Southeast, warns meteorologist

Most of Brazil will have a week with dry days and a wide temperature range, with cold in the morning and heat in the afternoon.

In the Southeast region, this heat can reach 30°C, which represents an increase compared to last week.

“It will be days of very dry weather, with relative humidity well below the ideal, which may fall below 30%, which is already considered a critical value”, warned meteorologist Maria Clara Sassaki, from Climatempo.

The states of the South and Midwest will also have a week with dry weather and large temperature variations throughout the day. In the South, in addition to rain, the possibility of frost is also ruled out.

The dryness affects the interior of the Northeast, but not the coast of the region, which can receive storms.

“The circulation of humid winds leaves many charged clouds, with a chance of rain at any moment and with potential for inconvenience”, informed Maria Clara Sassaki to CNN . “The region of Recôncavo Baiano, coast of Sergipe, Alagoas and Pernambuco have chances of heavy rains throughout this week.”

The North region also has wet weather, but no forecast of storms capable of causing damage. According to Climatempo, the states of Rondônia and Acre will receive almost no rain this week.
