The Vkontakte team announced the launch of the VKontakte rental service for electric scooters in Moscow and the Moscow region.
Initially, the service for renting electric scooters on the social network began operating in May in St. Petersburg, Samara and Rostov-on-Don. And now “Rent VKontakte” is available to users in more than 40 cities throughout Russia – from Khabarovsk to Kaliningrad.
With the help of the service, you can rent electric scooters, as well as pay for rides on social networks. “VKontakte rental” was launched jointly with “Citymobil”, and the first partner was kicksharing Urent. In the future, the service is planned to be developed according to the aggregator model, connecting other partners.
In Moscow and the Moscow region, the Urent park has more than 10,000 scooters. The speed of electric scooters in the city is hardware limited to 25 km / h, and in special “slow zones” it is automatically reduced to 15 km / h.
