A survey by the Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship (MDHC) showed a 24% increase in suspected violence against homeless people between January and April this year.

Through complaints on “Disque 100”, the National Human Rights Ombudsman's Office registered 6,177 violations against this portion of the population. In the same period last year, 4,962 complaints were registered.
