Research: “Americans quit low-paying jobs after investing in cryptocurrencies”

According to a study by Civic Science, many US citizens who have invested in cryptocurrencies have achieved financial freedom and quit low-paying jobs.

The survey involved 6,741 US residents aged 18 and over. It turned out that 4% of those surveyed quit over the past year in connection with achieving financial freedom after investing in cryptocurrencies. Moreover, two-thirds of these people had a fairly low income – less than $ 50,000 per year.

Among the respondents who quit their jobs after investing in cryptocurrencies, 27% had income below $ 25,000, and 37% – from $ 25,000 to $ 50,000. Another 15% earned from $ 50,000 to $ 75,000, and 13% received from $ 75,000 to $ 150 000. Only 8% of respondents earned more than $ 150,000.

“The data shows that cryptocurrency investments can provide a level of income sufficient to change the quality of life. Richer owners of cryptocurrencies are more likely to use this type of asset to diversify their portfolio than as a source of income, ”analysts write.

There is now a significant labor shortage in the US, and it seems that cryptocurrencies have become one of the reasons for this. An earlier survey by GamblersPick showed that 37% of US cryptocurrency investors are not going to sell their digital assets under any circumstances.
