Highly interesting facts emerged from the Barometer of Euronews Albaniaas some of them showed the way in which they see Albanians the Greeks, something that highlighted several paradoxes.
Specifically, 66.5% may think that the Greeks are the people who discriminate the most against them, but 45.4% answered that they think they have many similarities with the Greek nationwhile in second place are the Italians with 34.9%.
The list of peoples with whom Albanians believe they have the most similarities continues with Germans at 9.6%, Austrians at 2.9%, Spanish at 2.2%, English at 1.8%, Swiss with 0.9%, Belgians with 0.8% and Dutch and Scandinavians with 0.2%.
Moreover, they appear overwhelmingly in favor of its inclusion Albania in the European Union. Specifically, 95.9% support the country’s accession to the EU, while only 0.5% reject it. For 95.7% of Albanians, EU membership is very important, while for only 0.4% it is not important.
