The job market recorded a record in resignation requests from Brazilian workers in March this year.
There were more than 603 thousand voluntary dismissals during the period, according to a survey by LCA Consultores, which took into account data from the General Register of Employed and Unemployed (Caged).
This shows that even with the poor performance of the labor market and unemployment reaching 12 million Brazilians, many workers are leaving their jobs voluntarily.
Experts say the number reflects the consequences caused in the first two years of the pandemic, in which many people ended up losing their jobs and accepting jobs that were not necessarily in their fields.
Now, experts say that with the market a little more heated, workers returned to seek to be inserted in the market according to their specialties.
