One of the favorite restaurants of vegetarians in São Paulo, the Quincho Cuisine and Cocktail Shop will celebrate its five years in style on April 2, a Sunday. the chef Mariana Sciotti will promote a food and drink festival at its address, on Mourato Coelho, in Pinheiros, and has the participation of a special team to create the menu.
the chefs tuca mezzomo from Charco, Elisa Fernandes from Clos Wine Bar, Irina Cordeiro from Irina’s Couscous, Paulo Yoller from Meats and Rafael Aoki pastry chef at Quincho, will sign dishes around the vegetables with Values up to BRL 35 which can only be found on this day.
Inaugurated in 2018, Quincho was born with the philosophy of offering tasty vegetarian cuisine, authorial and focusing on natural ingredients and local suppliers. Since then, chef Mari has continued with the same essence, but has expanded her space and area of activity, bringing more versatility and innovation to her menu.
On the occasion, the traditional menu of the house will not be served, but the customer will have many different options. Among the dishes of the day will be natural fermentation pizzas (Mari Sciotti); the Tamale with different textures of corn, cheese, onions and caramelized broth (Tuca Mezzomo); Rice dough dumpling stuffed with mushroom béchamel and vegetable broth with chives and sumac (Elisa Fernandes); Biscuit risotto with biscuits from the sertão, milk, butter and dulce de leche (Irina Cordeiro); and the Mushroom Burger, with toasted red pepper, blue cheese, crispy carrots and gremolata (Paulo Yoller).
There will also be special drinks signed by the house’s bar chef, Andrea Ambrosano . The cocktails will harmonize with the dishes on offer, such as the signature Sutileza (gin, soursop, lemongrass cream, lavender and jasmine bitters) and the non-alcoholic Cajueiro (cajuína, jabuticaba kombucha, lemon and sparkling water).
At the event, which runs from 11 am to 7 pm, there will also be performances by DJ Giu Viscardi and the band Racional Groove.
