In this way, you do not risk wasting time and energy on things that can easily wait and accumulate delays for those that are urgent. Otherwise, already after a week from returning you may feel water in your throat.

Also, never underestimate sleep disorders. At the slightest hint of difficulty falling asleep or other problems related to rest, it is important to immediately resort to relaxation practices, nutritional integration or, in more serious cases, to consult a doctor.
