At least 13 people, including three children, died when a military aircraft crashed into an apartment building in the south on Monday RussiaRussian news agencies reported today, citing the Ministry of Emergencies.
“The rescue crews have completed the search of the wreckage (…). In total, 13 people are dead, among them three children, while 19 people are injured,” the ministry explained.
