A crowd of revelers filled the streets of Rio de Janeiro for the last weekend of Carnival. This Saturday (17), the capital of Rio de Janeiro hosted large blocks in several regions for the penultimate day of revelry (look above). Riotur's forecast is that 5 million people will enjoy the 2024 carnival in the capital of Rio de Janeiro.
Among the blocks that were highlighted on the first day of the Post-Carnival 2024 we had the Anitta's Block, which took place from 7 am, in the center. For the occasion, the singer chose a green and pink look that paid homage to the Rio de Janeiro samba school Estação Primeira de Mangueira.
It is worth mentioning that, this year, the school finished in seventh place and chose Alcione as its main plot. For the 2024 season of “Ensaios da Anitta”, the singer decided to highlight the country's associations.
There's still one more day to enjoy the blocks in the city. On Sunday (18), the highlight is the Monoblock at the same time and place as the festivities performed by the singer.
