The IRS seized, in the late afternoon of Tuesday (11), 815 kg of cocaine in the port of Santos (SP) in a joint action with the Federal Police.
The drug was found during the inspection of a container by the auditors. PF teams made investigations at the site, expertise and the seizure of the substance, which was destined for Antwerp, the port city of Belgium.
The drug was hidden in a load of 100 tons of coffee.
A police inquiry was launched by the PF police station in Santos to investigate materiality and authorship of the crime of International Drug Trafficking . No one was arrested.
