The founder of the consulting firm Edelman Financial Engines, Rick Edelman, said that the value of the world’s first cryptocurrency could soar to $150,000 in 2025.

Ric Edelman said the world is now experiencing “a cryptowinter that is much longer than many expected.” However, the situation is starting to change, and by the summer of 2025, bitcoin may reach $150,000.

“We are starting to see dramatic changes. We are getting rid of the bad guys in the cryptocurrency space,” he said.

Edelman is not the first to voice such a prediction. Recently, the CEO of investment firm Morgan Creek Capital, Mark Yusko, suggested that if a spot bitcoin ETF is approved in the US, BTC will rise to $150,000 by the middle of next year.

Recently, a large-scale material was published on Bits.media, highlighting how the lawsuit between Grayscale and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) affected the rates of cryptocurrencies.
