Ricoh Imaging has released the Theta TR-1 remote control for Ricoh Theta series panoramic cameras using Bluetooth.
Using the remote in combination with the Ricoh Theta Stick TM-2 or TM-3, available from August 2019, “provides greater comfort when shooting in a variety of situations,” the manufacturer said.
In particular, the remote allows you to control the camera without using a wireless connection to your smartphone. It can be attached to the Ricoh Theta Stick TM-2 or TM-3 Selfie Stick, for which the corresponding mount is included in the package.
The 12mm thick device is weatherproof, making it suitable for outdoor photography.
