Ricoh has announced the release of the GR III ‘GRowING’ special set based on the GR III compact camera. A feature of the set is the use of green in the design of all its components. According to Ricoh, green was chosen as “a symbol of new life against the traditional black background of GR, like the green buds that sprout in the dark night, giving inspiration anytime, anywhere.”
Includes a GR III camera and exclusive accessories such as a GRowING logo hot shoe cap, a custom green leather bag and a green leather camera strap. When turned off, the camera will display the GRowING logo.
The limited edition set will only be available in China starting this November for $ 1,200.
The manufacturer calls the kit the first product of the “GRowING project”, but it does not cover the essence of the project itself, limiting itself to the promise to direct part of the proceeds from the project to youth development.
