Rihanna, born Robyn Rihanna Fenty, has built a business empire in addition to her successful music career. In 2021, the Forbes announced who became a billionaire and the richest musician in the world, thanks to her Fenty Beauty makeup line and Savage x Fenty lingerie line.

The singer joins a cadre of musical icons — including Prince, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Madonna and Jennifer Lopez — who took the stage for the halftime show. Last year’s performance with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar, has earned five Emmy nominations, taking the award on three occasions.

The 57th Super Bowl will take place on February 12, 2023, at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. It will be the first with Apple Music as a partner on the Halftime Show, according to the NFL announcement.

“We are thrilled to welcome Rihanna to the stage at the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show,” said Seth Dudowsky, NFL chief music officer, in the statement. “Rihanna is a unique artist in a generation that has been a cultural force throughout her career.”
