Rio Restaurant Week reaches its 23rd edition with 50 participating houses

It started last week, the 23rd edition of Rio Restaurant Week at the Rio de Janeiro an event that offers fixed menus at affordable prices in restaurants around the city.

About 50 houses participate in the festival this year, 25 of which are newcomers. The novelty is also due to the Burger categoryentitled to hamburgers preparing a menu at R$39.90 at lunch and dinner.

The restaurants participating in the event have a special menu that includes starter, main course and dessert. There are four different categories: traditional, plus, premium and diamond, which vary in price.

Traditionally, lunch costs R$49.90 and dinner R$64.90. In the plus, lunch goes for R$59 and dinner for R$74.90. In the higher categories, the premium line has lunch at R$79 and dinner at R$109; Finally, the diamond version, which includes excellent restaurants, serves lunch for R$99 and dinner for R$139.

It is worth mentioning that the houses offer two options of each item – drinks, cover charge and service are not included.

Restaurants like Rubaiyat Rio, Pato com Laranja and TT Burger are some of the festival participants . The complete list and menus can be viewed on the event official website.

This year’s edition, which runs until July 24, brings the theme “Music and Gastronomy”, which exalts the relationship between them, a way that the festival’s management found to encourage good times in the kitchen.
