The Central Council of Architecture met under the chairmanship of the General Secretary of Spatial Planning and Urban Environment, Efthymiou Bakogiannis. Among the issues addressed and received a positive opinion are the following:
· Installation of equipment for the service of loading tankers with LNG on the island of Revythousa
It concerns works carried out at the Liquefied Natural Gas Terminal (LNG) on the island of Revythousa in the Municipality of Salamina. The aim of the new project is the installation, on the terminal, of equipment for the loading of tanker vehicles with LNG, with a maximum loading LNG rate of 100 m3 LNG / h and a maximum amount of LNG loading per tanker of 50m3, with a total power of 13.50kW.
The new project includes: loading station, weighing equipment, channels and well for drainage of possible LNG leakage, prefabricated house for electrical equipment, chromatograph and other civil engineering works for the configuration of the slope in the area where the loading station will be and the configuration of road construction in the area.
At this stage a loading site will be constructed with provision for a future second location.
· Approval of modified architectural study plans, to serve the use of the hotel in the listed building on Mitropoleos Street no. 27 and Patrou in Athens, allegedly owned by the Company “ORANGE PARTNERS AKTP.Y.”
It concerns the approval of architectural study plans for hotel use with internal layouts and change of static and mechanical study in a listed building. The differences that are proposed are small. All the planned works contribute to the upgrading of the image of the property as a whole and are fully integrated in the residential environment with respect to the character of the wider area.
· Approval of an architectural study for the construction of a Recovery and Rehabilitation Center on a stadium located on the provincial road Arona-Katerini, in the Municipality of Katerini.
It concerns the creation of the first recovery and rehabilitation center of the Peripheral Unit of Pieria with a capacity that can reach 120 beds. The structure has a total area of 6,108.18 sq.m., and has been designed with the principles of bioclimatic design in mind.
· Revision of an act regarding the merger of adjacent plots and internal and external arrangements in the new building extension, of the company “PELOPAC SA”. in the industrial area of Thessaloniki in Sindos
It concerns the consolidation of plots for expansion and remodeling of the industrial building of the said food processing company located in the Industrial Area of Thessaloniki in Sindos, in a total area of 21,153.55 sq.m.
· Construction of a new storage and distribution building -Logistics- with fencing in a building block in the Municipality of Oreokastro in the PE of Thessaloniki, owned by the company BIOSARP HOUSEHOLD GOODS SA
It concerns the construction of a new industrial building for storage and distribution in the area outside the plan of Oreokastro. It is a ground floor building with use for the storage of household items and with provision for office space.
