One Discussion between neighbors in Vila São Luís, in Duque de Caxias, Baixada Fluminense, ended in tragedy. Andrei Drieiven Spatafora da Silva, 30, was stabbed to death on Wednesday (9) in the parking lot of a supermarket of the region. The perpetrator, Willian Fernandes de Lima, 41, was arrested in the act shortly after the assault.
According to reports of residents, victim and aggressor lived in constant conflict . The reason for the disagreements would be Willian’s inappropriate behavior.
According to witnesses, he often appeared naked in the kitchen window of the apartment where he lived. Annoyed, Andrei would have requested several times that the neighbor respected the limits of coexistence. In 2023, he registered an occurrence in the 56th DP (Commander Soares).
According to the Military Police, police from the 15th BPM (Duque de Caxias) were called by the Call Center and found the suspect at the scene. He was arrested and sent to the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Police Station (DHBF), where the arrest warrant was drawn up in the act.
The complaints, however, were not well received, and the tension between the two increased over time. The disagreement would have culminated at Wednesday’s meeting, when Willian attacked Andrei with a knife in the supermarket parking lot. The victim could not resist the injuries and died at the scene.
The Civil Police continues to investigate the case and investigate all the details about the motivation of the crime.
