A sergeant of the Military Police of Rio de Janeiro killed on Sunday morning (6), a marketer who was preparing to work in Panamericana Square, in the neighborhood of Penha, north of the city.
The victim was identified as Pedro Henrique Morato Dantas, 20. Pedro was the son of a known marketer and lived in the Water White region, in the West Zone.
According to witnesses, the crime happened after the military police officer, who was off, leave a close nightclub accompanied by his wife. The couple would have suffered an aggression inside the nightclub and thus were expelled from the nightclub.
At the scene of the crime, teams were informed by the perpetrator of the shots that acted in self-defense, since the marketer tried to stab him. Natália Regina, the policeman’s wife, accused Pedro as the perpetrator of the assault inside the nightclub, thus leading to the shots in the square.
A woman recorded a video minutes after the murder, showing the military policeman inside the PM car. In the images you can also see the agent’s wife mocking the recording.
