Turtle Beach has announced the launch of the Roccat Kone Pro and Kone Pro Air gaming mice. The buttons on these mice use Roccat Titan Optical Switches, which are said to record button presses 100 times faster than “regular gaming mice.”
In describing the mice, the manufacturer notes the comfortable shape of the body, which is the result of “more than a decade of research into hand size, grip options and ergonomics.” Also mentioned are the Teflon feet and the Roccat Titan Wheel Pro, an aluminum scroll wheel, for a pleasant tactile response and high speed.
The advantages of the Kone Pro and Kone Pro Air include a small weight – 66 g and 75 g, respectively. The mice use a 19,000 dpi Roccat Owl-Eye optical sensor. The Kone Pro is wired, the Kone Pro Air is wireless, with Bluetooth connectivity and the included receiver. The Kone Pro Air’s fast charging feature delivers five hours of gameplay with just 10 minutes of charging, while the Stellar Wireless delivers over 100 hours of continuous gaming on a full charge.
Both models are adorned with Roccat Aimo RGB lighting, which can be synchronized with the lighting of other compatible Roccat products.
The Kone Pro series mice are available in Arctic White and Ash Black colors. The MSRP for the wired Kone Pro is $ 80 and the wireless Kone Pro Air is $ 130.
