“Rock Folders”: Former President of the Monaco Supreme Court is accused of bribery and corruption

Former Monaco’s Supreme Court President Didie Linot has been accused today of bribery in organized gang and passive corruption, a development that introduces a newly prominent media dispute that is shocking the prince. After two days of detention, the Public Prosecutor’s Office requested the temporary detention of the 77 -year -old French lawyer, citing “special gravity events” but investigators chose strict judicial scrutiny, with a prohibition of leaving Monaco. Linot is the first to be directly accused by Monaco’s justice after a website in 2021 entitled “Dossiers du Rocher” where an anonymous letterman accused four former close associates of Prince Albert II of the conspiracy.
