The show, which follows the classic quartet’s farewell leg of the “Pra Você Lembrar” tour, promises to be a moment of great nostalgia.

“We are very excited to be able to play for the people of Rock in Rio Brazil before the last three shows that will mark the end of our farewell tour,” says Pe Lu in a statement sent to CNN .

“It’s going to be awesome, we’ve prepared a setlist with lots of magic for our fans to enjoy this special moment with us,” adds Pe Lanza.

According to Já Koba, bringing the group’s timeless hits to the event is the realization of a long-held dream. “We’ve done a lot of things in all these years of Restart, all that was missing was this experience of playing inside the Cidade do Rock,” he guarantees. “We were very happy with the invitation and we prepared a sound that will be incredible,” Thomas assured.
