The American singer Charlie Puth 32, shared that he is “on his way” to Brazil. He is scheduled to perform on the Palco Mundo Rock in Rio next Thursday (19), a date that shares with Ed Sheeran, Joss Stone and John at the festival.
From inside the plane, the artist shared a photo and wrote: “On the way to Brazil”. At the end of last month, he even stated that he is “preparing something very special” for the Brazilian public.
This will be the singer’s second time in the country and at the festival, where he performed in 2019. Currently, the singer is a major hitmaker in the industry — and considered one of the most consistent. In total, Puth has accumulated eight multi-platinum singles, four Grammy Award nominations, three Billboard Music Awards, a Critic’s Choice Award and a Golden Globe nomination.
Besides him, who owns hits like “We Don’t Talk Anymore” and “Attention”, names like Joss Stone, John and Glory Groove also perform on this day, with the singer Ed Sheeran headlines .
Tickets for the day’s performances are still available at Ticketmaster website. The 40th edition of Rock in Rio began last Friday (13) and resumes with its programming on the 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd of September.
