Rome: 10 (outdoor) restaurants that are a certainty

The now past Monday 26 April will be a date that none of us will easily forget: with the entry into force of the latest provisions, the emotion of a newfound normality has been touched with a strong, palpable, evident hand. A mix of sensations that, between joy, happiness – and even some perplexity – accompanied the reopening of clubs and restaurants for both lunch and dinner, in an Italy (almost) entirely dressed in yellow.

Restrictions remain, of course: curfew at 10pm – which we hope will soon be re-discussed and postponed – mandatory table service and dehors for outdoor and safe dining (rain permitting).

Despite everything, the capital, in its spring rebirth, returns to delight the Romans with a gastronomic offer able to range along the unlimited boundaries of city catering, from gourmet addresses to temples of tradition, up to some new entries that, with courage, challenge the present by aiming for the future.
