The Parfums they are a real obsession with women, including, of course, queens and princesses. It is said that, for example, Cleopatra, first great beautyhaolic in history, he perfumed the sails of his ships with essences and that that fragrance could then be felt everywhere. The favorite bouquet of the famous queen of Egypt is likely to have been based on myrrh, cardamom, olive oil and cinnamon (apparently it was called Mendesian), and was even recreated by experts Dora Goldsmith and Sean Coughlin.

Bouquet to the height

Today, however, we know with certainty that there are many real heights of the contemporary age who are passionate about olfactory notes, among these Meghan Markle, Kate Middleton, Letizia Ortiz and even Queen Elizabeth. Everyone loves to wear the perfume of the heart both on the most special occasions and in everyday life. And we’re certainly not talking about exclusive fragrances either limited edition created only for them: the rulers of the whole world they love perfumes within everyone’s reach. And that’s why we like them even more.

Perfumes and royal wedding

In fact, the relationship between royal and eau de parfum has always been a bond full of anecdotes and of fragrances that have become iconic thanks also to the sovereigns who have worn them and made them even more wannahave in time. A few examples? While the Kate (Middleton) effect was also found in the world of fragrances: the perfume she wore to leave a scent trail along the Westminster aisle in 2011, White Gardenia Petals of the British Illuminum Londonnot only did it go right away sold outthanks to the affordable price (80 pounds), but has also brought to the fore the London company born in the year of Kate and William’s royal wedding.

The perfume notes of a true queen

Beyond the princely perfumes that we can make our own, we wondered though which notes should contain a perfume at the height of a real Queen. The answer was Sinister (born Matilda Morri), the youngest and most famous voice to talk about fragrances on social networks (she not only took part in the reality show As it once was: a fairytale lovebut he published the book Sinister and the perfume empire for Poliniani Editore). It was also chosen by the niche brand Coquillete Paris as testimonial for the launch of the perfume with a very explanatory name, Queens.

Here, then, for Sinister the right bouquet to feel like a princess: «Certainly the honey: created by bees, it is sweet, golden like the jewels and opulence of a palace and obviously has a clear analogy with the queen bee. Then i white flowers, also called rich flowers as they have a much more powerful and creamy smell than other flowers. Furthermore, the flowers have always been a symbol of elegance, and in particular the white ones help to give a regal and important aura. Specifically, I am thinking of gardenias and jasmine. In the end ambergris: this raw material is extremely rare in nature and for this reason comes to have hallucinating prices. I therefore believe that it is really suitable for a queen, who can afford to bring perfumes loaded with such expensive and precious elements inside ».

But if we don’t want to go red, some perfumes of the princess most iconic, which we show in the gallery, are truly for all budgets. To feel like royalty, in every sense.
