The 13-year-old suspected of participating in the stabbing of a teacher in Caxias do Sul (RS) was seized last Thursday (3).
The case occurred on Tuesday (1st), at the João de Zorzi Municipal School. On the day of the attack, she was seized, but was released after giving testimony. At the time, the Caxias do Sul Regional Delegate, Augusto Cavalheiro Neto, explained that there was no certainty of her participation in the act.
However, with the progress of the investigation, the Civil Police identified the participation of the adolescent from testimonies and information of seized cell phones.
It will be referred to the Foundation for Socio-Educational Care (Phase).
The other two 14- and 15 -year -olds, suspected of having participated in the attack, were taken to the Novo Hamburgo Regional Socio -Educational Care Center, in the Porto Alegre Metropolitan Region. They were seized on Tuesday and were in the phase, in Caxias do Sul, but were transferred for lack of vacancies in the Serra unit.
Classes at João de Zorzi Municipal School resumed on Thursday. Security was reinforced by the Municipal Guard.
