A driver lost control of the vehicle and invaded a bakery in Betim, in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte. (See below). The accident happened on Wednesday afternoon (14).
One of the owners of the bakery, which has been operating for 40 years in the same location, told CNN that the driver was a customer and had just purchased some products. When picking up the car, he lost control and crashed into the facade of the establishment.
With the impact, the bakery’s door and wall were damaged, as well as card machines, a printer and computers used at the cashier, which is close to the affected area.
The employee who attended the cashier at the time of the accident was pressed, but only had minor injuries. A woman accompanying the driver had a cut on her head.
Despite the scare, no one was seriously injured and the establishment is fully operational this Thursday (15).
After the crash, the driver even ran out on the avenue, but was restrained by the PM.
The owners of the establishment were informed that he had an outbreak and was taken to a hospital for treatment. His sister is taking care of the reimbursement to the establishment.
A CNN awaits information from the PM on the case.
