Russia: Air cargo of 36 tons of humanitarian aid to Kabul

Three military transport planes of the Russian Ministry of Defense were transporting 36 tons of humanitarian aid to Kabul, as announced today by the press office of the mentioned ministry.

The flights were designed and carried out on the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin, in order to remove 300 people from Afghanistan.

“Every Russian military transport aircraft carries humanitarian aid from Russia to the people of Afghanistan. A total of 36 tons of humanitarian aid cargo, including food and medicine, was flown to Afghanistan,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
