Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said today that he and his Turkish counterparts Hakan Fidan and Iranian Abbas Araghsi agreed at their meeting in Doha that “hostilities” in Syria should end immediately. Lavrov said Moscow wanted dialogue between the Syrian government and the “legitimate opposition,” as he called it.
