THE Russia stated today that Ukraine has entered ‘in final stage’ of ‘dirty bomb’ construction a claim that Moscow has been making since yesterday, Sunday, and which strongly reject Kyiv and its Western allies.
“According to the information we have, two Ukrainian organizations have specific instructions to build the so-called “dirty bomb”. Earlier Russia accused Western countries of “virtually stealing” its gold and foreign exchange reserves through sanctions. Responding to a question from journalists about a proposal by the European Union to transfer frozen Russian assets to Ukraine, the Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskovsaid: “In general, a large part of our assets have actually been stolen from certain western countries».
