Hundreds of detainees revolted in a jail in the south Russia and police reinforcements are being sent to the area to quell the unrest, several local media outlets reported tonight.
According to the Tass agency and as broadcast by the Athenian News Agency, in uprising against the management of the prison are about 200 inmates. The Baza network, citing anonymous sources, raises this number to 600.
