Russia's armed forces are using North Korean ballistic missiles on Ukrainian territory, a Pentagon report based on an analysis of the wreckage says, confirming a long-standing U.S. allegation that Russia is acquiring weapons from North Korea. The US military intelligence agency, the DIA, used mostly open-source photographic material to confirm that debris found in January in Kharkiv Oblast (northeast Ukraine) came from a short-range ballistic missile of North Korean origin.
