The NATO summit in Madrid demonstrates the Atlantic Alliance’s aggression against Moscow, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said today, calling the alliance’s enlargement “deeply destabilizing”. which stressed that it would not contribute to the security of NATO members.
“The Madrid summit is stabilizing the path to an aggressive entrenchment of Russia by the (Atlantic) coalition,” Ryabkov told Russian news agencies.
“We consider the enlargement of the alliance to be deeply destabilizing for international affairs. This does not enhance the security of those who are enlarging, neither those who join, nor those who see the alliance as a threat,” Ryabkov said.
