Asked whether Russia should be designated a state sponsoring terrorism, Biden told reporters at the White House: “No.”
Some US lawmakers also pushed for the designation.
Russia buys millions of missiles and projectiles from North Korea, official says
Russia is buying millions of missiles and artillery shells from North Korea for battlefield use in Ukraine, a US official told CNN .
The purchase indicates that the Russian military continues to suffer from severe supply shortages in Ukraine, in part due to export controls and sanctions, according to the official.
The US says it hopes Russia can try to buy more military equipment from North Korea going forward, the source said.

Russia limits natural gas exports
