Russia: State media posted fake news about victory in Ukraine

An article-fake news published for a few hours on Saturday Russian state media, before finally deleting it.

The article shows Russia as its winner of war and Putin, as the leader who forever resolved the Ukrainian question, occupied Ukraine and proceeded to annex it, creating a new union.

“A new world is being born before our eyes. Russia’s military operation in Ukraine has ushered in a new era – in three dimensions at once. And of course, in the fourth, Russian interior. “Here begins a new era in both the ideology and the model of our socio-economic system itself – but this is worth talking about separately later,” the essay emphasizes, among other things.

What the article wrote

“Russia is restoring its unity – the tragedy of 1991, this terrible catastrophe in our history, its unnatural dismemberment, has been overcome. Yes, at great cost, yes, through the tragic events of a fictitious civil war, because now brothers, separated because they belong to the Russian and Ukrainian armies, are still shooting at each other, but there will no longer be Ukraine as anti-Russia. Russia is restoring its historical fullness, bringing the Russian world, the Russian people together – in its entirety from Great Russians, Belarusians and Little Russians. “If we had abandoned this, if we had allowed the temporary division to prevail for centuries, then not only would we betray the memory of our ancestors, but we would also be cursed by our descendants because they allowed the dissolution of the Russian land.”

“Vladimir Putin has taken, without a drop of exaggeration, a historic responsibility by deciding not to leave the solution of the Ukrainian issue to future generations. After all, the need to resolve it would always remain the main problem for Russia – for two main reasons. “And the issue of national security, that is, the creation of an anti-Russian weapon by Ukraine and an outpost to be pressured by the West, is only the second most important among them,” the essay added.

It would obviously have been written on the condition that the Russian Armed Forces had occupied Kiev and subjugated the country. However, this did not happen. So the state news agency deleted this article and the specific plan is as if it was never published.
