Russia: The Ministry of Defense begins the spring recruitment campaign for 160,000 young recruits

Russia will begin its spring conscription campaign, which will concern 160,000 young people aged 18 to 30, according to a decree signed today by President Vladimir Putin, a number larger than the previous two years.
