Russia to expand 'neutral zone' on occupied Ukrainian territory if Ukraine receives long-range missiles

Russia has announced that it will expand the “neutral zone” into occupied Ukrainian territory if Kiev receives long-range missiles from the West, since they will be able to strike deep into Russian territory. The announcement was made by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, because the new US aid package to Ukraine is expected to contain a type of long-range missile. This fact therefore raises the prospect that Ukraine could use these missiles in order to strike targets deeper in the territory under the control of Russian forces, particularly in the Russian-annexed Crimea. It is recalled that a similar issue was noted last year as well, when the White House delivered to Kiev the ATACM (Army Tactical Missile Systems) that are mounted on trucks and can fly at a speed of Mach three.
